I was really grateful to receive an update from the owner of this gorgeous mare. Libby as she is known is really starting to look the part and her owner can't be more proud of the way she gives it her all. Libby is by Casper out of Rotterdam (Rohdinger/Anamour) so is a full sister to McLaren (below) and Oh La La. Lets hope they can both follow in big sister's shoes.
Rushmoor Oslo
This pretty little filly is cantering off to her new home shortly, but luckily for me it is local and I can get to stalk her progress. Oslo is by Casper out of the ID mare Tui Hills Celtic Mead. Really looking forward to seeing her out at the events in a couple of years.
Cracker Jack

And yet another beautiful photo of Cracker Jack (see breeding info below) completing his dressage test at the recent Northland Horse Trials where he went on to place 2nd overall in this hotly contested class. An outstanding performance for this young horse.
The Clan

A picture of all my "over 2" sneaky little brats looking for a bit of mischief. From left Morocco NZPH, Rushmoor Nico, Bella and Rushmoor McLaren. Sadly all these little brats are on the market as my rider has flown the coop. A lovely selection of up and comers.
Dyson

This horse looks awesome. I spotted him for sale on FB and he looks a machine. Dyson is by Mangaatua Casper and out of an outside mare. He has recently hunted and by the pictures competed round the ring and looks to be loving it. If you want a jumping horse this might be the one for you.
Sassenach
I love this picture of Nachie (Rushmoor Lexus) carefully negotiating one of those narly looking South Island fences that they have out hunting. Only a youngster but looks to have all the ability and brain. Most appreciative of her owner sending me updates.

A lovely picture of Jack and his rider at their last event for the season showing what a versatile horse he has turned into although this comes as a result of hours of training. I have really enjoyed seeing him progress and can't wait to see what he achieves next season.
Raffie

Wow this horse is looking amazing. Here he is starting his hunting career and looking every bit the part. Raffie is by Casper out of a mare with Spanish bloodlines.
Saltaire Kizmet

I noticed this stunning mare on the internet which turns out to be a grand daughter of Casper and by the stallion Saltaire Sorcerer. A lovely type of horse with plenty of colour options to add to her foals.
Rushmoor Luxor and baby brother Bowie

I visited these two horses recently and got to see how they were shaping up. Both are by Casper with Luxor being out of Ava (Landioso/Anamour) and her baby palomino brother is out of a stationbred mare. Very different types and surprisingly both out of dark coloured mares - interesting the variation you can get.

Awww sadly the lovely little Bel has been sold as my daughter no longer wishes to ride. Luckily I had Sharon Klijn from SKS Showjumping quickly step into the role and she has done nothing but impress with her amazing results at her first ODE (2nd overall 80cm after 5 days of riding her and no event experience whatsoever) and then a lovely confident second event at Te Rapa Horse Trials before she went to her new owners. All the best little Bel, I'm sure you will be a superstar in the future.
Casablanca SKS

Hasn't this lovely mare got the most cutest jumping style with her knees tucked so far up she almost needs a stud girth before she has learnt to jump properly. This promising 4 year old is by Casper out of a big TB mare and is currently for sale locally if anyone is looking for a talented youngster with a good temperament.
Jilly

Just a bit of info on one my foundation mares for the stud ... here is the adorable Jilly (Voltaire II/Witzbold) who this year turns 23 years old and has earned herself a well deserved home for life. I have to say she is looking in splendid health with a shine on her coat but you may notice the bulge in her tummy. Jilly was my babysitter for my yearling NZPH colt last winter and it seems she did more than just babysit! Jilly is the dam of many lovely offspring including Gee Whizz below, Tribute OL, a blingy black mare who had much success with the Wilson sisters, and is the grand-dam of Solitaire HL (a gorgeous buckskin pinto stallion who jumped at HOY this year). Jilly ... I hope this is your last foal!

Am really pleased to see this horse out doing her stuff again. Gee Whizz is by Casper out Jilly (Voltaire II/Witzbold) and a gorgeous big mare at that. Here she is at a recent show carting away the prizes AGAIN.
Rushmoor McLaren

The gorgeous McLaren is off on an adventure to be started by Shana Jones in Whakatane. McLaren is by Casper out of Rotterdam (Rohdinger/Anamour) and a very classy horse at that. I am really looking forward to seeing this horse start his career.
Rushmoor Hotshot

It is with a sad heart we wave goodbye to Hotshot as she heads off to a new home. She has been such a lovely horse to have bred and produced with a huge amount of talent. I am very much looking forward to seeing her perform with her new owner. Hotshot is by Casper out of Ava (Landioso/Anamour) so a full sister to Leo below.
Rushmoor Livewire ("Libby")

Cuteness overload. This is Libby checking out her riding companion and finding him a little bit wanting. Libby is by Casper out of Rotterdam so full sister to McLaren above.
Cracker Jack

Look at this horse's achievements. I have watched him go from a young, hairy, freshly broken in horse to a polished performer in a very short time from winning champion at Kaikohe A&P to placing in Horse Trials. Jack is by Casper out of a good hunting mare. Well done to his rider.

I'm a little bit slow posting about this talented young mare. Bel is by Rushmoor Bravo (Bravado Ego Z) out of Rushmoor Covergirl (Casper/Voltaire II). She's a super little jumper and oh so very careful. With my daughter giving up riding she has gone to SKS Showjumping where she is doing some eventing until the end of the season. And first event - 2nd place - with a lovely double clear. Can't be much happier than that!
Rushmoor Imposing ("Leo")

I can't show you enough of this horse, he and his rider are achieving outstanding results wherever they go. Leo is by Casper out of Ava (Landioso/Anamour). Here he is placing at his latest event, Brookby Horse Trials, what an over achiever.
